Il Podere extra virgin oil is from Lucca, in the region of Toscana, northwestern Italy. This oil is a mixed blend of olives grown and processed using mechanical means by Frediani and Del Greco. Good for stovetop, low-temperature cooking.
Ideal for fresh salads, fish, poultry or pasta.
