Our shipping charges reflect the high cost of shipping across New Zealand and we are not able to absorb the shipping costs in our product prices which remain among the lowest in NZ.

For orders over these limits, please send us an email first and we will quote you a shipping rate.
When you make your purchase, the freight will be added to your purchase based on your address and order weight.
It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure the delivery address is entered correctly. Any re-direction of orders due to an incorrect address will incur additional fees, payable by the purchaser. If a delivery is deemed rural, but you did not select the rural shipping option, the order may be delayed until full delivery payment has been received. Please note that, for courier services, this does not necessarily align with NZ post RD addresses. Alternatively, you can provide us with a non-rural delivery address, for example your work place.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Orders are dispatched from our Napier warehouse daily (except Saturday & Sundays – these orders will be packed and sent on Monday). We will endeavour to send orders out within 1-2 working days from order receipt.
We use New Zealand Couriers for deliveries and are reliant on their delivery times. Generally, they provide one day service to the North Island and two days to the South Island. Rural deliveries may take an additional 2 working days. However, delays may arise due to the Covid-19 emergency or other factors beyond their control.
We cannot deliver to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical address.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
We send you a tracking number with the shipping confirmation. You can track your order by clicking on the tracking number or enter the tracking number into the New Zealand Couriers website.
WHAT IF I AM NOT AT HOME TO RECEIVE THE ORDER?
Please let us know at checkout where you would like your order left by entering instructions in the notes area of the check-out page.
If you live in an apartment or unit block, let us know the number of a neighbour that can let the driver in so that we can leave your order outside your door. Alternately, you can give us instructions to deliver to a nearby office.
If you don’t include any delivery instructions at checkout and are not home when your order is delivered or you do not answer the door, our driver will leave your box in the safest place at or near the front door.
Please make a note in the Note section at check-out if you would like to physically sign for your package and we will ensure the driver does not leave your order until it has been signed for. Please note that if you request this service and no one is home to sign for the order, we are unable to take responsibility for any items that have perished as a result of being returned to the courier depot.
We do not advise leaving your order outdoors for prolonged periods of time.
Please note that we are unable to take any responsibility for the loss or damage of your delivery and goods once it has been delivered to your address.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE PRODUCT I ORDER IS OUT OF STOCK?
We do our best to make sure our website reflects the products that are in stock. However, stock levels are constantly changing and there may be unforeseen delays from suppliers, so that it may happen that the product you ordered is not be available.
In this case, we will contact you and offer an alternative or a refund on that product or ask you if you wish to wait for your order to be sent once the product is received. We apologise if this happens and appreciate your understanding.
