Gluten Free Gnocchi Granoro are specially created for coeliacs, using a combination of corn and rice flour.

Gnocchi cooks in lightly salted boiling water in 2 minutes before serving with your favourite sauce. One packet feeds 4 people. We also recommend pan frying in burnt butter or extra virgin olive oil after boiling and serving with fresh herbs and cheese.
