Megachef Oyster Sauce is made from oysters harvested from the clean waters in the Gulf of Thailand, smoked over hardwood, then simmered with brown sugar and sea salt until reduced to this rich, dark, velvety sauce. With no MSG, artificial colours or flavours, this ‘Umami-rich’ sauce is perfect for marinades, stir-fries, braises, or simply drizzled across freshly steamed Asian vegetables.
