Chestnut Puree from Clement Faugier is a pure unsweetened chestnut puree which can be used to make a soup, a chestnut soufflé, a chestnut charlotte, or to accompany poultry or meat.
You can also use it to make Mont Blanc, with a base of meringue covered with a dome of chestnut puree topped with wipped cream.
Chestnut puree is different from chestnut jam. However you can use it as a basis to prepare your own chestnut jam by cooking it with water, sugar, and vanilla.
