If you’ve been to a café, restaurant, ice cream parlour or any eating establishment and they have served a decadent treat that has a natural colour as deep and dark as an Oreo cookie, then this is how they got it, using Black Cocoa powder.
For an excellent outcome when baking, we recommend that you use 2/3 Equagold Premium Dutch Cocoa and 1/3 Black Cocoa in a recipe. This will retain the moistness integrity of the cake.
