Kalamata Pitted Olives Iliada are large, dark purple with a smooth, meaty texture, named after the city of Kalamata in the southern Peloponnese, Greece. They have a slightly bitter taste and are great for snacks. The olives are pitted and are packed in fresh 6% or 8% brine with pieces of lemon.
