Spinach Tagliatelle Granoro Pasta are long, flat pasta ribbons, shaped into nests. From the Italian tagliare, meaning "to cut", tagliatelle is a traditional type of pasta from Emilia-Romagna and Marche regions of Italy. Tagliatelle is traditionally served with a meat or Bolognese sauce, but also works extremely well with a cheese or cream sauce.

Tagliatelle Verdi owe their bright colour to the inclusion of spinach in the dough.
