Spirali Pasta Granoro are curly like corkscrews. Spirali is less curly than fusili, but there’s not much in it. They’re great for coarse sauces (especially those with chunks of meat) that can get trapped in the screw threads.
A four-cheese pasta bake with hunks of ham is a great way to use spirali pasta.
